The short version: this website collects almost nothing. We don't use tracking cookies, we don't run advertising trackers, and we never sell your data. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us through the contact form.
This policy explains how Omnivera Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202628189M) ("we," "us," "our"), a company incorporated in Singapore, handles information on this website (omniveraltd.com).
Each of our apps publishes its own privacy policy, available on its App Store listing and product website. This policy covers only this website.
1. Information we collect
Contact form
When you use our contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you submit. We use this solely to read and respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to any marketing list, and we do not use a third-party marketing platform for this website.
Bot protection
Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell humans from bots. Turnstile assesses signals from your browser to score whether the request is automated. It is a privacy-preserving alternative to traditional CAPTCHAs and does not track you across websites.
Technical logs and analytics
Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard server request data (such as IP address and browser type) to serve and secure the site. If we enable Cloudflare Web Analytics, it measures aggregate page views without cookies and without collecting personally identifying information.
2. Service providers
We keep our vendor list short. The providers that may process data on our behalf are:
- Cloudflare for website hosting, security, Turnstile bot protection, and optional privacy-first analytics.
- Resend for delivery of contact-form messages to our support inbox.
These providers act as our processors and are bound to handle data only on our instructions. Data may be processed outside Singapore, including in the United States, under appropriate transfer safeguards.
3. How we use information
- To respond to your enquiries and provide support.
- To operate, secure, and maintain the website.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Data retention
- Contact-form messages: retained for up to 24 months after our last correspondence with you, then deleted.
- Technical logs: retained by Cloudflare per their standard retention periods.
5. Your rights
Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and equivalent laws such as the GDPR where applicable, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have sent us. To make a request, use our contact form or write to us at the registered address below. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
6. Children's privacy
This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it.
7. Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated policy.
